Has COVID-19 affected fulfillment and shipping times?

Yes, the global social distancing measures are affecting our store which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking longer than usual, but don’t worry your order will reach you.  Our current fulfillment estimates are 3-10 business days in some categories. 

We are still offering free domestic standard shipping for a limited time only.

* Fulfillment is the time it takes to make your items and excludes shipping estimates which are typically 3-5 business days after fulfillment but may be longer due to the pandemic.

Estimates are current as of November 1, 2020, and apply to orders placed after this date.


How are your products made?

Each product you see in our store is made on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product(s), but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction which leads to textile waste. This way we’re all part of the sustainable fashion movement!

We do not outsource our designs. All designs are created by Sania Marie. We love creating sustainable, uniquely designed clothing and accessories for you to enjoy or share with others!

What payments do you accept?

We accept credit and debit card payments, as well as payments made by Paypal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Amazon Pay.


How does pay later with Afterpay work?

At checkout, select installments by Afterpay as your payment method. Pay in 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks. Enjoy Sania Marie now, pay later!


I have a question on my current order?

If you’ve already placed an order with us and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can reply to your order confirmation email. We’ll respond as quickly as we can to assist you.


What is your return policy?

For months now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal, and safety is a high priority, and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve had to temporarily suspend some product returns. Returns are handled on a case by case basis until COVID-19 is controlled. 

Therefore, Sania Marie reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

We will not accept returns on face masks due to health and hygiene reasons.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/ damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Sania Marie ships to most countries worldwide using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Dpd, and Latvijas Pasts.

Do you sell gift cards?

Gift cards are a thoughtful gift for that special someone or a great way to reward yourself. However, we do not offer gift cards yet but keep checking back as this option will be available soon.


My discount code didn’t work?

Please make sure you have input the code correctly. Secondly, check the terms and conditions of your code, if the item is on sale or in a certain category the discount may not work. If it’s still not working, please send an email to or call us at 773-417-6271 for assistance.

We do not have a physical location. You can only purchase Sania Marie online via this website, Instagram, or Facebook which means we’re open 24/7. If you are a returning visitor then thank you for coming back, if this is your first time, welcome and come on in doors


What if my order is lost in transit?

We understand how it feels to anxiously wait for an order only to discover it’s lost in transit. Don’t worry; we’ll replace your order at no additional costs to you. All claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!


Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts- we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at  within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
