Fulfillment and Shipping times?

  • 2-10 bus. days (excludes holidays) in some categories. 

We are still offering free domestic standard shipping.

*Fulfillment is the time it takes to make your items and excludes shipping estimates which are typically 3-5 business days ( excludes holidays) after fulfillment but may be longer due to the pandemic.*

*We’re doing our best to get orders out on time, but once they’re in the hands of the carriers, it’s up to their sorting center capacity.*

Estimates are current as of June 24, 2021, and apply to orders placed after this date.

 

Do you design your own products?

We do not outsource our designs, they are made in-house.  We love creating, uniquely designed clothing for you to enjoy or share with others!

 

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and payments made by Paypal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Google Pay, Sezzle, and Amazon Pay.

 

How does pay later with Afterpay or Sezzle work?

At checkout, select installments by Afterpay or Sezzle as your payment method. Make the first of 4 interest-free payments now. Pay the rest over 6 weeks. Enjoy Sania Marie now, pay later!

 

I have a question about my current order?

If you’ve already placed an order with us and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can reply to your order confirmation email. We’ll respond as quickly as we can to assist you.

 

Can I cancel my order?

All products in the Sania Marie catalog are made on-demand. Once fulfillment has started your order cannot be canceled. If you have questions, we’re always an email or phone call away. Please send your inquiry to contact@saniamarie.com  

 

What is your return policy?

Safety is a high priority, and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve had to suspend product returns. 

Therefore, Sania Marie reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Any returns that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

Sania Marie ships to most countries worldwide using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Dpd, and Latvijas Pasts.

Do you sell gift cards?

Gift cards are a thoughtful gift for that special someone or a great way to reward yourself. However, we do not offer gift cards yet but keep checking back.

 

My discount code didn’t work?

Please make sure you have input the code correctly. Secondly, check the terms and conditions of your code, if the item is on sale or in a certain category the discount may not work. If it’s still not working, please send an email to contact@saniamarie.com  for assistance.

 

Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?

No

 

Where are you located?

We do not have a physical location. You can only purchase Sania Marie online via this website, Instagram, or Facebook which means we’re open 24/7. If you are a returning visitor then thank you for coming back, if this is your first time, welcome and come on in ..open doors

 

What if my order is lost in transit?

We understand how it feels to anxiously wait for an order only to discover it’s lost in transit. Don’t worry; we’ll replace your order at no additional cost to you. All claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@saniamarie.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts- we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@saniamarie.com  within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
