Returns and Refunds

What’s your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Quickly and easily submit your return request through our self-serve return portal. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns at our discretion.

How do I return my item(s)?

You will need your order packing slip.

For your protection, please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number. This will help ensure a smooth return process and assist us in resolving any unexpected issues that may arise during shipping.

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen return packages during transit.

Sale or Discounted Items Return Policy:

All sale items are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on sale items. Sale items will be identified on the product’s page with a strikethrough on the original price. 

Wrong address:

We want to make sure you receive your order smoothly! Please double-check your shipping address carefully during checkout. If you provide an incorrect shipping address or an address that the courier considers insufficient ( like a missing apartment number), the shipment will be returned to our facility. Once we have confirmed the updated address with you, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect address information.

Packages lost in transit:

While we do everything possible to prevent shipping issues, please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages. For your peace of mind, we recommend tracking your delivery once it ships.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

To help you find the perfect fit, please check our sizing charts before ordering. We recommend sizing up if you prefer a looser style. Exchanges are not currently available.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If so, contact us within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

To help us resolve this issue quickly, contact us within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  

Buyer Remorse?

This happens when you no longer want the item. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. We will offer you a store credit as a Sania Marie E-Gift Card minus the original shipping costs (if applicable).

Order was returned to sender or refused

We understand that sometimes packages get returned. If your package comes back to us because of an undeliverable address, it's unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by you, we'll happily give you a store credit (minus the original shipping cost, if applicable) in the form of a Sania Marie E-Gift Card.

To re-ship your order, please note that shipping charges will apply.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, if your return is approved or if your order:

  • Is cancelled by Sania Marie
  • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • We must receive your item(s) within 30 days after you receive it. You pick your reimbursement option: refund in the original form of payment or Sania Marie E-Gift Card. 
  • We understand that you're eager for your refund. To ensure the security of all our customers, we carefully verify returned items before processing refunds. This helps prevent fraud. Please allow up to 15 business days for verification after we receive your return.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Is there anything else I need to know about your return policy?

  • All item(s) must be unsoiled and not laundered at any time. If merchandise was included with tags, it must remain intact and in original condition. If the item(s) are determined to have been soiled or altered, it will not be accepted for a refund.  
  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you have any questions, please email us at contact@saniamarie.com. 
  • Sania Marie gift cards never expire and act like cash in our store.

      Submit a return request here. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels at this time.

      European Union 14-day cooling off period 

      Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
