Returns and Refunds

What’s your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Quickly and easily submit your return request through our self-serve return portal. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns at our discretion.

How do I return my item(s)?

You will need your order packing slip. 

Keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your return. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost, misplaced, or stolen in transit.

Sale or Discounted Items Return Policy:

All items on sale are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale items will be accepted. Sale items will be identified on the product’s page with a strikethrough on the original price. 

Wrong address:

If you provide an incorrect shipping address or provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for the reshipment cost once we have confirmed the updated address with you.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check our sizing charts. We also suggest sizing up if you like a looser fit.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please contact us within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

To help us resolve this issue for you quickly, please contact us within a week’s time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  

Buyer Remorse?

This happens when you purchase the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. We will offer you a store credit in the form of a Sania Marie E-Gift Card minus the original shipping costs (if applicable).

Order was returned to sender or refused

We understand that sometimes packages get returned. If yours comes back to us because of an undeliverable address, unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by you, we'll happily give you a store credit (minus the original shipping cost, if applicable) in the form of a Sania Marie E-Gift Card.

If you wish to have the order reshipped. We can process a new order to replace the original order, but shipping charges will be applied.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, if your return is approved or in the event that your order:

  • Is cancelled by Sania Marie
  • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • We must receive your item(s) within 30 days after you receive it. You pick your reimbursement option: refund in the original form of payment or Sania Marie E-Gift Card. 
  • We appreciate your understanding regarding refunds. To ensure the security of all our customers, we take the time to verify returned items before processing refunds. This helps prevent fraud and keeps everyone protected. This typically takes 14 to 21 business days.
  • Depending on your banking institution it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited to your account after it is processed by our team.

Anything else I need to know about your return policy?

  • All item(s) must be unsoiled and not laundered at any time. If merchandise was included with tags, it must remain intact and in original condition. If the item(s) are determined to have been soiled or altered, it will not be accepted for a refund.  
  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you have any questions, please email us at contact@saniamarie.com. 
  • Sania Marie gift cards never expire and act just like cash in our store.

      Submit a return request here. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels at this time.

      European Union 14-day cooling off period 

      Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
