Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be updated before fulfillment begins.
Once your order enters processing, we're unable to cancel it, and changes may be limited to shipping details only.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at contact@saniamarie.com
Returns
Returns are reviewed on a case-by case basis.
If something isn't right with your order, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos, if applicable
We'll review your request and follow up with next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, don't stress – we've got you.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
A Note on Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is approved, additional shipping costs may apply.
No Exchanges (Yet)
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your item according to our return policy and place a new order when you’re ready.
EU Orders
For European Union customers: you have a 14-day right to cancel or return from the date you receive your order under local consumer rules.
