Each Sania Marie piece is made to order and produced individually rather than in bulk.

Because of this intentional production process, we encourage reviewing sizing details carefully before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be updated before fulfillment begins.

Once your order enters processing, we're unable to cancel it, and changes may be limited to shipping details only.

Returns & Exchanges

Sania Marie pieces are made to order.

If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, following the guidelines below.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Returns for fit or personal preference are issued as Sania Marie store credit, which never expires and can be used toward any future piece.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To begin a return, please email us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• The item you’d like to return

• Photos, if applicable

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide return instructions.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size or style, simply return your item according to our policy and place a new order when you're ready.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

EU Orders

For European Union customers: you have a 14-day right to cancel or return from the date you receive your order under local consumer rules.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
