Orders, Delivery & What to Expect
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship in 2-5 business days. You'll receive tracking info once your order is on the move.
My tracking hasn't updated yet – should I worry?
Not at all. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to update after a label is created.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the US and select international destinations. Full details can be found on our Delivery page.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Update
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Eligible returns may be returned within the approved window. Visit our Returns page for full details.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your item according to our return policy and place a new order when you’re ready.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be updated before fulfillment begins. Once processing starts, changes may be limited.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at contact@saniamarie.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take care of it.

Fit varies by piece. Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose confidently.
I'm between sizes – what should I do?
If you prefer a relaxed fit, size up. For a closer fit, size down.
Will the color look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately. Lighting, screens, and settings may cause slight variations – it's part of what makes each piece unique.
