How long will shipping take?
Our pieces are made to order.
Fulfillment typically takes 2-5 business days, followed by 3-7 business days in transit.
Most orders arrive within 5-12 business days from the date of purchase.

My tracking hasn't updated yet – should I worry?
Not at all. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to update after a label is created.
Where do you ship?
We're based in Portland, Oregon and operate exclusively online. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our global fulfillment partners.
We ship within the US and select international destinations. Full details can be found on our Shipping page.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Update
What is your return policy?
Sania Marie pieces are made to order.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, per our return guidelines.
Returns for fit or personal preference are issued as Sania Marie store credit, which never expires and can be used toward any future piece.
We do not offer exchanges (yet).
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be updated before fulfillment begins. Once processing starts, changes may be limited.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at contact@saniamarie.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take care of it.

Fit varies by piece. Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose confidently.
I'm between sizes – what should I do?
If you prefer a relaxed fit, size up. For a closer fit, size down.
Will the color look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately. Lighting, screens, and settings may cause slight variations – it's part of what makes each piece unique.
