I contacted customer service since I failed to use the size guide and ordered the incorrect size. They were courteous and helpful. I could not return the top due to my error, but they did give me more reward points, which is great because I can now use them towards another purchase. And the top is fine because I got a size too large, so I can still wear it; it just doesn't fit as well as I'm used to.
