What are your fulfillment and shipping times?

  • Fulfillment Estimates:  *2 - 7 business days (excludes holidays) in some categories. 
  • Shipping Estimates:      *3 - 6 business days (excludes holidays)  

We still offer complimentary shipping and returns on U.S. orders.

*Fulfillment is the time it takes to make your items and excludes shipping estimates which are typically 3-6 business days ( excludes holidays) after fulfillment but may be longer due to the pandemic.*

Do you design your own products

We do not outsource our designs, they are made in-house.  We love creating, uniquely designed clothing for you to enjoy or share with others!

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and payments made by Paypal, Amazon, and Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay.

What is Shop Pay?

How can I checkout with Shop Pay?

How can I return an order placed using Shop Pay? Will I receive a full refund?

All orders are subject to our return policy.

Orders purchased through Shop Pay may be returned by mail to our warehouse. Your return must be received within 15 days from your order received date. Send an email to to start your claim.

If you've already placed an order with us and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can reply to your order confirmation email. We'll respond as quickly as we can to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

All products in the Sania Marie catalog are made on-demand. Once fulfillment has started your order cannot be canceled. If you have questions, we’re always an email or phone call away. Please contact us.

What is your return policy?

We offer complimentary returns on U.S. orders. Some exclusions do apply. Check our return policy for more information.

Sania Marie ships to most countries worldwide using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Dpd, and Latvijas Pasts.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are a thoughtful gift for that special someone or a great way to reward yourself. 

My discount code didn't work?

Please make sure you have input the code correctly. Secondly, check the terms and conditions of your code, if the item is on sale or in a certain category the discount may not work. If it's still not working, please contact us for assistance.

Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?

We do not have a physical location. You can only purchase Sania Marie online via this website, Instagram, or Facebook which means we're open 24/7. If you are a returning visitor then thank you for coming back, if this is your first time, welcome to Sania Marie!

What if my order is lost in transit?

We understand how it feels to anxiously wait for an order only to discover it's lost in transit. Don't worry; we'll replace your order at no additional cost to you. All claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

To initiate your claim, please contact us as soon as possible.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, send us an email within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts- we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case, please contact us within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
