Do you design your products?

We do not outsource our designs; they are made in-house.  We love creating uniquely designed clothing for you to enjoy or share with others!

What are your fulfillment and shipping times?

  • Fulfillment Estimates:  *2 - 7 business days (excludes holidays) in some categories. 
  • Shipping Estimates:     *3 - 6 business days (excludes holidays)  

We still offer complimentary shipping on domestic orders.

*Fulfillment is the time it takes to get your order ready to ship. It usually takes 2-7 business days to make your item(s). Once your package is handed off to the courier, how long it takes to get to you depends on the courier service. Shipping estimates may take longer due to inclement weather, bad weather, etc.

All products in the Sania Marie catalog are made on demand. Once fulfillment has started, your order cannot be cancelled. We’re always an email away if you have questions.

Where do you ship?

Sania Marie ships to most countries worldwide using FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Dpd, and Latvijas Pasts.

Please make sure you have input the code correctly. Secondly, check the terms and conditions of your code; if the item is on sale or in a specific category, the discount code may not work. If it's still not working, contact us for assistance.

We do not have a physical location. You can only purchase Sania Marie online via this website or social media, which means we're open 24/7. If you are a returning visitor, then thank you for coming back. If this is your first visit, welcome to Sania Marie!

What if my order is lost in transit?

We understand how it feels to anxiously wait for an order only to discover it's lost in transit. See our return page for more information.

I received a wrong/damaged product; what should I do?

We're so sorry if the item you ordered arrived damaged or incorrect. To help us resolve this for you quickly, send us an email within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! See our return page for more information.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If so, contact us within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one or issue a refund!
