How long will shipping take?
Our pieces are made to order. Fulfillment typically takes 2-5 business days, followed by 3-7 business days in transit.
Most orders arrive within 5-12 business days from the date of purchase.

My tracking hasn't updated yet – should I worry?
Not at all. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to update after a label is created.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Update
What is your return policy?
Sania Marie pieces are made to order.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, per our return guidelines.
Fit or preference returns are eligible for store credit.
We do not offer exchanges.
For approved returns, return shipping is handled by the buyer.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be updated before fulfillment begins. Once processing starts, changes may be limited.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?

If you prefer a relaxed fit, size up. For a closer fit, size down.
Will the color look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately. Lighting, screens, and settings may cause slight variations – it's part of what makes each piece unique.
